We don't do Refunds or Exchanged for change of mind unless the order are wrong items.

Cancellation of the events or wedding 14 days prior to your events date non-refundable as we have organise all the flowers and rental inventory with supplies in advance before the wedding day.

Cancellation 30 days before events may receive some refund the items that we have not purchase yet!The booking can be change another date of the event.

Payment Options: We will send you invoice with including GST on your email. When the payment of the deposit has placed and order non-refundable . The remaining final balance to be paid the latest 2 weeks before the event.

If the rental inventory or hire items are damaged during the event by clients this will be incur of the additional damaged fees of the value of goods by clients.

After hours hiring the items will be additional fees of charges.
